What's Covered
- Peeling or Flaking: Any peeling, flaking, or blistering of paint due to improper application
- Adhesion Issues: Paint failing to properly adhere to prepared surfaces
- Workmanship Defects: Visible brush marks, roller marks, or uneven coverage
- Cracking: Premature cracking of paint film (excluding structural movement)
- Chalking: Excessive chalking beyond normal weathering
- Color Uniformity: Significant color variations or patchiness
Exclusions
- Normal Wear: General wear and tear from normal use and aging
- Structural Issues: Problems caused by building movement, settling, or moisture intrusion
- Damage: Accidental damage, vandalism, or damage from renovations
- Natural Fading: Color fading due to UV exposure (normal for all paints)
- Customer Products: Issues with customer-supplied paint or materials
- Other Contractors: Work performed by other contractors after our completion
