How we work

We walk the exterior and relevant interior surfaces, checking weatherboards, VJ, fretwork, verandah timber and window and door joinery for condition and movement.

Included surfaces, preparation method, primer, coating system, colour and sheen are recorded in the written quote, along with any carpentry or timber repairs that are coordinated or excluded.
Preparation follows lead-safe work practice where relevant — containment, no dry open sanding, and site clean-up — before primer and topcoats are applied to the agreed system.
Finish and coverage are checked against the written scope, and cure, care and warranty information is supplied at handover.
