What if lead paint is known or suspected?
Tell us before the inspection. Older coatings can require testing, containment, a revised preparation method or specialist referral. Those requirements must be identified before sanding or removal work is included.

What warranty applies to exterior painting?
Included exterior painting carries SQPD’s written 5-year workmanship warranty. Product manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are separate and depend on the specified coating system.
